Where in hell am i meant to start when i'm creating a webpage

The steps are below:

"step one"
First, create your page with a composer there are many kinds... a poular one is frontpage express which i used to create this websight.

"step two"
second, you need to publish it onto a webserver there are lots of free servers just dearch a string like: 'web hosting' and sign up for that host.

"step three"
publish you page, go to the publish page to see more....

Tip: To attract more visitors to your sight you can submit your pages to a search engine. to do that search up: 'submit a webpage' on excite or altavista
