Publish you websight...hmmm which method?

here are three methods i would use to publish to my host:

"FTP 'ing to my sight"
you would type something like this to publish it: ftp:ftp://www.host.com/~name/

"The normal way"
just type the address like so: www.host.com/~name/

"easy uploader"
only some hosts have this you just pick the files you want and it will upload them. (really easy way!!)
